See if the notch is lining up as I stated in post #13, if it is then you either have a broken door or something dislodged in the timing disk.

No matter where you set the knob some air will always come out the defrost, like wise the outer face ( by drivers & pass window ) will always have some air coming out as they are your side window defrosters.

OP do as @Dm93 suggested and see if the white circle with the notch moves.
It should move from about 10 o’clock to 2 o’clock.
If you notice, there are lines there, just for checking it:thumbsup:

They are all technically "blend door" actuators but they have different proper names depending on which door they move.

That right. And if you call and ask for a blend door actuator.
You have 33.3% chance of getting the correct one.
Unless you can physically point to it on the screen, the chance you get the right one decreases drastically. Lol

The best thing to do is give them the part number off the old part if it's available then you know you got it right.

All are realatively easy with the exception of the top most actuator which requires a great deal of patience.

At least it doesn't require complete dash removal or contortionist hands like some vehicles lol:thumbsup:

I know a guy that’s good at pulling dashes apart.
I’ll let him do it for me. I’ll stand back and watch, and tell him how good of a job he’s doing.

P.S. I misplaced your address. Care to send it to me again :D
