    Trucks drives forward in reverse and neutral. 2007 tundra with a 4.0 engine. No codes.

    Sorry. I didn’t pay attention to the Tacoma part. They have the same transmission I believe.

    I'd inspect the shift linkage at the Neutral safety switch.
    Is the gear shift indicator lights in the correct spot on the dash?

    Is the CEL on?

    Predator tube steps, Ranch Hand grill guard, Magnaflow CatBack exhaust, Toyota tool box & bed mat, 2LO Module by @Up2NoGood, Rearview Compass/Temp Mirror, Tune by @JustDSM.
    Sounds like either a valve is stuck in the transmission or the forward clutch is welded, the latter can happen if the transmission is ran low on fluid.

    To rule out an electronic problem unplug the main electrical connector on the transmission, if it still wants to go forward in neutral and reverse you have an issue internal to the transmission.
