08 Base regular cab stock stereo "Error 3"?

I can't remember if that's exactly what it said. But it was something like error 3 or error code 3. I put in an R/W CD that I had just burned it wouldn't play. Not to mention it took me a few days of mashing on the eject button to get the damn thing out. I was also having a hell of a time getting the CD to burn correctly on my computer.

I wanna know if anyone has seen that error code before? Is it something wrong with the stereo or was it the type of CD I tried to out in there?
