Hi, everyone this is my first build ever. I have had plenty of other shitty vehicles but this is my first "new"er vehicle. I bought this 08 Tacoma in March of 2014. So not really new but the best I could do. I couldn't be happier with this truck. Finally something I don't have to worry about falling apart driving down the road. Lol. This truck has become my life.

    As of today December 2018

This is her still on the lot the day I signed the papers. March 2014

It just felt right. I had test drive a few and actually almost got a tundra but didn't really need a bigger truck. But as soon as I saw this one and sat in it. I knew I was going to drive it home. (I actually had a rental for a couple days) I loved everything about it.

After a few month I got into an accident. My first ever and it had to happen in this.

i was planning on getting new headlights and grill before the accident anyway so this kinda helped me out. I got black eagle eye headlight and a black grill. (Not a fan of crome) I love how it came out. Almost got a black toyota badge to but I figured that would be to much black.

21.5" led light bar. I went with the low profile single row bar so that I would not have to re locate my license plate. This isn't a name brand bar but it does have the cree LED'S they are very bright and have not fogged up yet so I think I got lucky with
    them.

Here are a few more pictures.

I also have all weather floor mats that match the TRD logo on my truck.

Tried to get some pictures of the light bar at night but the picture never do it justice
    [IMG]

Tried out some new but used shoes continental 265/75/16 to see f I like the size. They ran great and got about 25k on them. Not bad for 150$ for the 4

    Plasti diped all my badges.
    image.jpg
2 pods that throw off a good amount of light.
    image.jpg
    image.jpg
    42" light bar finally installed.
    image.jpg

    Got my 3" lift installed
    image.jpg

Going through some trails had to try the flex a little after the lift.
    image.jpg
    image.jpg
    image.jpg
    image.jpg

I needed something to try and protect my seats. So I found these dickies seat covers for $25
    image.jpg

    image.jpg
I wanted a little bit of a different look with the spare but didn't want to spen a lot of money. So I found this 60" 1/4" u channel stock at work thy they were throwing out and I just welded a couple wings on it and bolted it to the bed rails. I love the look and the tire can also be flipped to the bottom so I can still get my bed cover on for the winter. Or run 2 tires top and bottom of the bar. There is also room for when I get bigger tires on my next set.

    Suspension
3" rough country lift, isn't as bad As everyone says, as long as you don't beat the shit out of it. I sometimes drive down some trails and logging roads I don't really wheel so I'm happy with it. Just a little bit of a stiffer ride but after a few days it feels normal.

    Interior
    All weather TRD floor mats
Plywood back bench for my dogs and better storage(removed I have kids now lol)
    Hockey puck shifter
    Dickies seat covers

    Wheels and tires.
Milestar Patagonia at 265/75/16 (removed after 46k miles)
BFG M/T’s 285/75/16 (bought used removed often 10k one failed)
    Current General grabber A/TX 285/75/16
    on black SR wheels

    Exterior
    Just some extra TRD logos.
    A bully bull bar.
Plasti dipped badges and rear bumper
    Trimmed stock mud flaps
    Home made spare tire carrier

    Lighting
    Eagle eye halo CCFLheadlights (black)
21.5" CREE LED light bar mounted on bull bar. (Light and bullbar removes)
42" CREE LED light bar from Extreme lighting. (Removed)
2, 3" pods mounted at the bottom of windshield all black housing with cree LEDs.

    Future
Roof top tent. Different bumper. More lights. an exhaust, sliders, another set of wheels/tires for summer/winter.
Thanks again everyone I hope you enjoyed

Amazon I believe they were around 250. There decent lights to very little moisture get in only when I power wash little silicone would do the trick but the light it self burns it off so I don't worry about it

A couple interior modifications a bench for the dogs so they don't ruin the seats and also to give them more room back there. Also I made a hockey puck into my shifter

Had a really good friend pass away way to young 25. In a car accident. I had to remember him in style.
