You got that right, I affectionately refer to my wife as the "war committee" usually involves intense negotiations. I say go for the 09, I love the Double Cab!

im not sure but weve been talking about maybe it would be better to wait till the new design does come out, i mean i dont have any children yet. yet meaning i will in about 5 months but they can ride in the back until 3 years old or so, right?

Eventhough it's a good time to buy, I wouldn't jump into the bathtub on your current ride, unless you're coming out way ahead. While it may be a little inconvenient to put an infant in the back, they'll be fine for awhile and by then you may not even want or need a truck. The only downside of me having a DC is I get stuck driving to lunch all my coworkers since they all drive 2 seater cars.

Yeah your baby will be fine in the back. Just make sure you read the owners manual of proper placement for the infant seat. Depending on where you live, you should be a able to go to your local Fire Department and they should be able to show you the right way of using and installing it. I'd give them a call to make sure though. At our fire house, we actually give infant seats out for free, well we try and ask for a donation so we can buy more seats and we will install them too! Something you might want to look into if your not comfortable putting it in.

You are gonna go upside down $14,000?That makes the 09 almost $35,000.Thats gonna make big difference in your payments.I went upside down once and I will never do it again. As much as I want a new Tacoma its going to wait till June when I pay my Blazer off.

Your '08 is going to hold its resale value. Drive it. To do anything else is essentially spending too many dollars for way too little return compared to what you have now. Babies are real, real, real expensive. Do not, repeat, do not load yourself up with additonal financial stress.
