08 overhead temp/compass?

    and then this would be the clip that came down, and this would be the plug, if not, then I'm out of ideas, but I would love to look at it for you in Feb.

    I did mine with my grill off, but it shouldn't matter, it's cause I was switching back my black headlights to the oem ones

    We r definitely talking about the same clip. I was going to take off my grill too and try to look. I wanna plastic dip my grill anyway to get rid of the chrome. Any idea what that square piece is in my picture? It's located right in front of the battery.

    I have no idea what that metal square piece is, I have the same thing though.

    Ugh......this is frustrating......I need more time in my life to do things!!! I really hope I am just retarded and am just not finding it!!! Really want the temp/compass. I have had it in my last 4 cars and its driving me nuts not having it in this truck!!! Hopefully I can find a half hour to myself and take the grill off and look again.
