08' Paint peeling

Hello. New to this forum. Have a question about my 08' Tacoma Pre Runner. Original owner garage kept. 20k original miles. Dark blue color. When I opened the door today noticed inside the upper inner door panel that the paint is peeling off. Noticed before the paint coming off of the inner front fenders, under the hood but thought that was an area not painted as well. Truck is garage kept, rarely driven in bad weather. Underneath is like new. Always washed if it gets dusty and waxed regularly. Had a dark blue 96' Ford Explorer that Ford painted twice. Also an 04' Chrysler Town and Country that Chrysler painted once. An 07' Honda Civic that did the same thing (also dark blue), that Honda wouldn't do anything. Now this one that i couldn't have taken care of any better. What is up with car paint. At this point would Toyota do anything or is it Honda all over again? Thanks for any input.

I put coconut oil on my paint job rub it out if clear coat is coming off it will stop it I buffed mine out The trick of auto sales used car dealer ships oxidization of paint. Coconut oil.
