08 Reg Cab for drift

    custom ram air. blacked badges, hids, rewired front turn signals and park lights, URD short shifter, Pioneer t-screen (no nav), 10" 1200 watt.
    I have a stock 08 reg cab 4x2. I'm looking to get it side ways.

    What are my options in lowering and making everything tighter to handle the task?

    SHACKLES AND STEEL LEAFS!!!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! CHEEEHEEEEEEE i was only saving up for the coilovers now your gonna make me HELLA broke shane...

    lol neway yah SS is the way to go for performance wise. the DJM is good to get you down to earth more (what i have) and im gonna start building up on it to make the truck handle better.

    you could always weld you diff and die...lol

    the sittin sic products will help, but id reccomend the DJM as well just to get the stance as well, its a 3/4 drop kit, and it helps to lower the center of gravity ALOT. the only major problem is there is a bit of bumpsteer because of our crap tie rod placement and the angle created by the drop. (upper and lower control arms)

    our trucks are a bit more balanced and are much lighter than the X runner :D

    o yah i forgot to help stiffen up the frame you can add the X runner X brace in the rear and front. the rear one bolts up the the frame and needs to be welded to the rear leaf shackles, but the front from what i hear and have seen should just bolt right up.
