I got 2 lean codes po171, and po174 hesitates like running out of fuel at 2000 rpms and up. has new fuel pump 55lbs at ideal 65lbs when stab it. new mass air flow senson, new fuel regulator, new o2 sensor, new intake gaskets, and long term fuel is at 39% looking for some info on what could be going on with it. only has 13,000 original miles.

Fuel pump. It's starving for fuel on both banks.

There's no fuel pump code so it has only lean codes to trigger. Good luck!

I've seen those codes pop up with exhaust leaks. Any strange exhaust sounds, maybe go under with a bottle of soapy water and spray on flanges when truck is running.

Fuel pressure is supposed to be 43.5psi normally.. are you getting the pressure reading at the fuel rail?

What are the air/fuel sensors doing?
Something is telling the ECM to add fuel.

Can you read injector duty cycle? A vehicle that old with low miles might have some clogs.

If fuel pressure is good, next place to look is a vacuum leak. Start at the MAF sensor and go from there. Side note, make sure the O2 sensor you used is Denso.
