08 tacoma shift issue

08 tacoma prerunner

Hi im new to the forum. I just bought a 08 tacoma prerunner 2.7 5 speed manual. When i accelerate and shift from 1st to 2nd i feel a "bump" or jolt as i go into second gear with the clutch still in. I dont think its the synchro because i can downshift into second from 45 mph whith ease.. this is driving me nuts.. any ideas? 67k miles.
