did you do your BHLM your self? looks like the lens over the DTRL (or blinker) is missing....do you have any pictures of it with the DTRL ons? im curios as to how it looks

 

Yes I did my BHLM and retro my self and have done several sets, I left the turn signal lense out because I like that look better. The turn signal bulb is amber anyways so there still legal and light up just fine. Here is a pic of the bulb lit up on another set of lights that I retroed.

did you ever do a set where you didnt black out the chrome behind the DTRL? or would that be too bright?

 

Thanks I haven't ever done any that way but I know other people have, it's really just personal preference.

Nice looking truck, man. I've seen it around base and its always impressive. I really like your light bar behind the grille too, where did you order it?

 

Thanks man, it's a black diamond fab light bar now I think bamf has the rights to making them but they are the same thing.

Thanks, I used krylon fusion it's a spray paint made for plastic.

Thanks, I just wiped them down with some rubbing alcohol to clean them and then sprayed away.
