09 Coolant Overflow Tank

    There's short hose that runs between the radiator and overflow tank. Mine is leaking at the connection. So as far as I can see there's no hose clamps for this hose. Seems like I should and least put some Permatex there. But - which non-hardening Permatex will work with antifreeze? Thanks.

    No permatex is needed, if it's leaking either replace the hose or the radiator or the tank whichever is broken cracked or split.

    Many people use a small Zip Tie at that location.

    Trail gear front and rear bumper, RTT, hitch grill, 12k lb winch, drilled and slotted front brakes
    zip tie it. it seems normal cause all 2nd gens do it but my coolant is NEVER low. zip tie!
