    Great link. Thanks for sharing.

I got some good news. Went back to the dealership and really complained. Finally they settled and said they'll cover 80%. I'm pretty pleased with this. I'll keep putting money aside and eventually replaced both springs with something aftermarket and maybe do the shocks at the same time.

Thanks for the help guys, I really appreciate it.

Good to hear. Glad they're standing up......at least 80% of the way anyway.

yeah I really think 100% would be the way to go seeing how they replaced the other side not too long ago. But I'm pleased with 80%. I'll save up my money for better suspension components for later down the road.

Make sure they don't stick you with shop supplies or any other extra crap on your 20%.

They should be putting on the 4 leafs. Thats what they put on the other side when they broke. If not, I'll be complaining again and hopefully get it fixed

There are a few places in Canada that you can get aftermarket parts without having to pay shipping across the border.

Also there are some Canadian members (like me) who have the stock leaf packs kicking around as we went with aftermarket (I went dakars and love them) that we could ship to you in the future.

    Go figure,
Truck was suppose to go to the dealership tomorrow to get fixed but the part isn't in. They have no idea when it will be in. I bet if I were covering the cost it would be in. We'll see what next week will bring

Just had it replaced by the dealership. This new leaf spring set looks different then the old set. Hopefully it is stronger. I only had to pay 20% and the total was $117. I'm almost set on the Dakar leaf spring set. I'll go with them if I have anymore problems. Just have to put some money aside.

Hey that's not too bad. It won't hurt much when you dump them for some Dakars and you can probably sell both stock packs, too.
