Just got back my 09 OR from loaning it to my company. It's time to show it some respect. At 206k is it time for timing chain/water pump? All fluids of course...what else?

    Thanks!

Did your work maintain it? See what they did. At 200K it would need coolant flushed. At that mileage, as preventive maintenance, I replaced cooling components - radiator, fan clutch, fan, water pump, thermostat. Water pump shaft had some play, so, glad I replaced.
Hoses/belt were replaced at 100K and looked good, so didn't replace them. I would replace if over 150K.
Good time to check your idler/tensioner pulley bearings for play.
Check brake pad wear; check wheel bearing play.
Check u-joint and center bearing for play. Maybe replace as preventive maintenance if more than 100K on them.
ATF flush if at 60K - using Toyota severe service recommendation.

i changed my air filter and plugs around 200k along with new UCA, LCA, shocks n struts, steering rack and steering shaft.

Other than brakes and a light here n there, not much has failed in 300k except my frame rotted out
