The only way for that to happen is our Defense has to show up and for BJ Daniels to stop playing like a rookie, and to stay in the pocket and trust our O-line.

Gators/Dawgs 3:30 CBS. Should be a slaughter, cuz my Dawgs suck this year. But I'll be watchin and prayin like crazy anyway.

 

it was a good physical game. i always love watching the USF/WVU games because they are always tough games that are won in the trenches. i remember in '07 when WVU was ranked 5th when they came down here and that game is by far one of my favorite games that i have ever seen next to our overtime win in Auburn in '07 (that was a fun year to be in the university marching band )

on a side note good luck with Cincy they are a hell of a team this year

 

reasons why WVU lost last night:

1) you would think after being shut down by USF's defense 3 seasons in a row, we would have figured out some type of game plan to run the ball this year against them, apparently noy.

2) playcalling, this is the same way every game, stewart can't coach let alone playcall. it was better than it has been. but he still called some pretty crappy plays.

3) mr. tandy, that guy got beat more than a prostitutes pussy. he was horrible, he gave away 2 (or at least should have been 2, refs got that one call wrong. USF guy did not step out at the 9) long td passes.

4) b...j...daniels...gotta give all the USF fans some credit. our defense did a pretty ok job, aside from tandy, but we have never played daniels before and let me tell you that kid can flat out play. he made a few rookie mistakes but that kid is going to take USF places in the next 3 years, good grab USF.

all in all, the score doesnt reflect how close this game was. we made 3 defensive mistakes that essentially cost us 3 touchdowns. and frankly our offense couldnt get it done. now we can hope that USF gets beat one more time and we run the tables the rest of the season, beating all teams including pitt and cincy...
