Hi guys I am a newbie here but a long time reader of posts.
I have an 09 taco 2 door base with 353960 miles on the original engine and tranny, I have a weird issue going on, my blower fan works on all 4 speed settings but is very inadequate.
I recharged the system as it was at 10% efficiency I also replaced blower motor resistor for a new solid state type.
I have a new blower motor but I think the blend door actuator (manual ac) is not functioning correctly if at all when I switch to floor it continues to come through the vents.
Before I make the next leap into buying the solenoid etc I wanted to run it past you guys, as I know from reading watching etc you are probably more skilled that the parts throwers at Toyota are.
I would appreciate any and all good suggestions, I am not a novice in the automotive industry but some of the issues I have faced with my taco have left me a little bewildered.

    Thank you in advance all.
    Derek
