I was wondering if anyone could help me out my truck will not start when it's cold out I've been dealing with this for about four months now I've replaced the Ecm check all the fuses relays traced wires fuel pump control module the dealer had it for a month and they can't figure it out I've replaced the crank sensor I'm not getting any codes I'm losing my mind with this truck. I cleaned the throttle body mass air flow my next step is temp sensors. When the truck starts it runs fine no problems I hope someone has some input on this

Around 30 degrease and below the mileage is 130,000 if I pull it in the garage for about a hr with the heat on it will start right up and run fine I checked the cold start injectors and the ohms were 6.8

It cranks and won't start? Or just won't turn over at all? Have you tried with a different key, could be the engine immobilizer/chip in the key acting up.

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
Maybe try a new coolant temperature sensor

Rear leaf suspension. Home done tailgate re-inforcement.
How many miles on the spark plugs?? When it is cold, the air is more dense. This may lead to a bit higher compression in the pistons. The higher the compression, the tougher it is to fire a plug.

Happened to me once and a spark plug replacement made all good again.

Remember the magic triangle of life for an engine. Air, Fuel ,Spark. Obviously you're getting air because it runs when warm. Just need to verify whether your not getting spark or fuel. Spark is an easy test. Start working back from there.

Fuel, compression, spark. Fuel is air and gasoline, combined at or near a 14.7:1 ratio ideally, but a bit richer for cold starting (10.5 to 11.5:1 is common)...

I ordered a coolant sensor last night I'm going to pick it up later today I really don't think it's the coil packs because when it does start it runs good and it will run all day let it sit at night and willnt start

Yea I did that's going to have to be the next step again it was checked before by the dear and they keep telling me it's not the immobilizer but who knows at this point what I was thinking is wait till night when it doesn't want to start and put a space heater in the cab and see if it will start

Next step, make sure your insurance is up to date and hope the space heater catches it on fire?

Just kidding, hope you figure it out.
