09 Toyota Tacoma will not start when it's cold out

    Thank you I appreciate it a lot it makes complete sense I did replace the Ecu had the dealer program it it ran for two days sent it to the dealer cause I had enough they had the truck for a month could not figure it out charged me 700 to do nothing I'll send the old ecu to get rebuilt I'm just tired of putting money into it

    Aux back up lights, Bed lights, Re-located trailer plug, Good dooby, a.k.a. jumper cable mod, Heated seats, back up camera,
    As I understand it, and I could be wrong, I believe the ECM. Switches ground to fire the injectors. If so, then the should be 12v present at each coil. If it is, start looking for a bad, loose ground on the motor and ecm.

    Ok every one update on my truck I've been driving it had to heat the computer to start it pretty much every day yesterday I took a wire to the computer mount and grounded it and what do u know so far it's been starting I'll keep u guys updated if that was the fix

    Ok guys it's raining out and what do u know no start again still waiting on my old ecm to comeback from being rebuilt and going to go over the wiring again but on another note does anyone have a wiring diagram for the head lights idk what the dealer did but I have no high beams

    I'd find the fuse and relay and check them first. The relay is probably under the dash for the high beams. It's possible the stalk has gone bad, but unlikely.
