    I'm a noob, first post...

I have a 09 Double Cab TRD Sport. I've been emailing with Toyota and they have agreed to do the rear suspension TSB. Since I already have the Bilstein shocks from the factory are they going to replace them with new ones, or just leave them alone. If they are replacing them are they better Bilstein's or the same thing.

Also looking to do 5100's once the TSB is done. To make it set level should i sit the 5100's to 1.75" lift?

I got the TSB done on my '09 AC 4X4 recently. According to the dealer the rear shocks have already been upgraded on '09's, so the TSB included new springs only.

OK, my dealer couldn't give me an answer. He gave me the impression that it included new shocks, but he said he would have to read up on the TSB specific to the '09.

if you have the blue shocks, they will be replaced with the yellow ones. If you already have the yellow, they will not replace them.
yellow is better than the blue ones.
    neither of these are adjustable.

The shocks that i have are the Yellow ones (they have blue boots). I dont really care if they replace them b/c i am putting on 5100's soon.

The email address is:toyota_cares@toyota.com I found it on the Toyota's owners page off their website.
