Just a quick how-to on the spacer install. I have had the 3rd gen suspension on for about 6 months now. I figured the rear would drop a bit more after adding a high clearance rear bumper (Brute Force Fab) but it did not, so I ordered some 1/4" thick spacers from Wulf to level the truck out a bit.

    Step 1:
Chock the rear tires. Loosen the lugs. Jack the truck and use a jack stand.
    jackandstand.jpgRemove the wheel.

Remove the strut top bolts. 14mm. I used a ratcheting box wrench.

Remove the lower strut bolt. 19mm.

Remove the two lower control arm bolts. 19mm.

Remove the strut bar mounting bolts.

Now you can force the lower control arm down and strut bar forward enough to get the strut out a bit and slide the spacer over the top studs.

Reinstall the nuts and bolt in the same order you removed them, not the reverse. If you have a hard time reinstalling the strut mount bolts you can use a jack under the control arm to lift an inch or two. Be careful not to over lift your jack stand.

Lastly put the wheel back on, lower the truck, and torque your lug nuts. Easy as pie. Total project time was under an hour. I'll add some whole truck pics soon. It looks a little silly with badass bumpers, a 1.5" lift, and stock tires. Hopefully i'll have some 33's soon.

can I make a recommendation- i know with the original springs and the spacer lift I ran, I was concern about heavy compression bottoming out the shock- I ran one Wheelers bump stops up front to limit down travel and it also softens the impact. win-win.
