    Tack weld the nut to the bolt. Any bit you can buy the thieves can buy. Yes they can take a hacksaw to anything, but I think that's less than 1% probability. Or what a few people I know do, just remove it when you're mall crawling and take 5 minutes to mount it when you go wheel.
