1/4 Spacer Dimensions

So I live in the great white north and I am wondering if someone has the taco lean spacer handy that may be able to get me dimensions off of it?

To have one shipped here is around $130 Canadian Pesos which is exorbitant for what the part is. I happen to own a machine shop and can just make my own but I'd like to be able to do so before I pull the whole thing apart.

Would anyone be able to help me out with getting these measurements?

...yes, this is not the response I was expecting. That would be awesome. I'd be happy to buy it from you if you don't need both, or just borrow it and measure it (which I'll probably do anyway just in case this pops up for someone else in the future.)+
