1/4" Top Plate Spacer Dimensions?

Just wondering if anyone has the dimensions from the 1/4" top plate spacer? Or as a possibility if someone has a spare strut mount laying around they could do a quick measurement of that even.

Outer Diameter
Inner Hole Diameter

I'm at work for the long weekend and have access to a lathe and an abundance of UHMW so I'm going to try and fab one up. Thanks.

I did actually yeah. I ended up waiting until I has the top hat out of the truck and just used it as a guide so unfortunately I couldn't tell you the dimension though. But I did use UHMW and so far it's holding up just fine.
