New member... this is my first post.
Thinking about adding Toytec 1.5 aal lift to back leafs.
Questions: Would this help eliminate taco lean?
(leaning pretty badly over 1 inch.)
Would it look funny with rake?
If the oem leafs are rearched will the aal help prevent future sag?

    Welcome to TW!

    1. The AAL will not eliminate the Taco lean. Best solution for that is thin top-plate spacer on the drivers side front.

    2. I'm more of a fan of the leveled look, but it's up to you. There's someone on here with a 1.5" AAL and stock front but I forget their user name. Though you have a cap so it might raise the back a little less than 1.5".

    3. The AAL will raise the back AND stiffen it so it will sag less when loaded.

And to add if your lifting the rear you might have some vibration issues which are easily solvable with shims and ds spacer both sold by toytec

    Thanks for the input bro.
    I like your mods.
I just bought the truck a week ago. I don't know for sure but I think the lean is mostly coming from the back. I plan on taking a closer look this weekend.
Did you pay for the TSB or did the dealer take care of you?
My thoughts were the same about the shell helping level the lift a bit.

    PS: GO HUSKERS tomorrow!

I just installed the Toytec AAL on my truck, I ended up gaining back what I had lost from my cap plus the 1.5. I haven't done anything to the front yet, I originally hadn't planned on doing it right away, but I'm going to have to since it looks ridiculous with that much rake to it.

Here's my 05 prerunner ac with 3 leaf crap pack plus 5100s & Toytec 1.5 AAL and 1/2" driver side spacer up front to fix lean with 5100s set at 2.5". No vibes, had to use LR UCAs to get caster back, has 1.25" rake higher in back. Rides great, drives great, well worth it.........
