Recently took a small drive in the snow to a local peak, and now it seems like only one of the horns is working and its super quiet. Is there anyway to clean these things or what should i look for?

Check the connections. Maybe a fuse? Maybe water got to somewhere it shouldn't have and shorted something.

same thing happened to me. the low tone horn stopped working out of nowhere. just replaced it with an OEM style horn from Carquest. took a few minutes to install, no big deal.
