    Thread revival:

    Would the common 3 degree shims be recommended with a 1" block to help correct pinion angle or is it not necessary? I know 1.5-2" leafs would need those shims, just not sure about a block that small.

    typically it’s 1 degree per inch is what i was told when tracking down my vibes.

    Alright, I guess it's ok to put in the 1 inch block without shims. I don't see anybody selling 1 degree shims. Haha

    you may not need em, most trucks can handle an inch without shims, some do. i got the low range off-road blocks, they have a 1 degree taper.

    anybody using the toy tech 1/2 shim blocks? if so...do the stock u bolts work or did you have to change them out for longer? thanks
