I picked up a 24" and a 42" lightbar for my little ride, both are eyeyourlife or whatever they're called, grand total was about $200. I got the 24 mounted yesterday, just fabbed a couple tabs and welded to the bumper. I still have to make some brackets for the 42 and it will end up overhead.

So far, the 24 puts out an impressive amount of light. I tested in my little prairie where it's flat and nothing to really catch the light like trees etc. Even so the difference between it and the headlights is drastic. For 'cheap' I'm happy so far.

You got a 24 and 42 inch lightbar for $200? Can you take pics of the light output?

+shipping, so probably 220. Both came through Amazon, 3w LED's with a spot/flood combo. Metal heat sinks, it seems solid enough and I had them both in a week. I'd probably skew the ratio a bit more to the spot side to get a little longer throw on the 24 but it definitely lighting up the the ditches as I drive. And tbh it could just be where I have it aimed. And pissing off oncoming traffic when I forgot to turn it off  From the front even at a distance it's painful. I'll get some pics when I get a chance, probably after the overhead is on.

Meh, 138 positive reviews, and 21 negative 11 average reviews. I've seen worse. For less than 1/10th the price of a rigid, I'll roll the dice

As you can see from the pile of drywall scraps, my cave is ready for paint and flooring. So it will be taking priority over the 2nd lightbar, so heres some pics of the 24. Cell phone pics arent great, the headlights in particular are better than they show. By quite a bit. As a size/distance reference my building is 40x64.

Output shots with Both??? Looks good... Interested in the output of the 42" light. Haven't seen one with more flood than spot before.

I'll try to get one the next moonless night we have. I just got the brackets done and installed the other day, haven't been out at night with it since. So I know it turns on and that's about it, and if you stand in front even at a distance, it hurts

I'm guessing I won't have quite the reach of an all-spot, but the perimeter and ditch lighting should be really impressive. TBH I didn't check the layout when I ordered the lights.

With the little one, the light is weird to me. I'm used to individual beams kicking out in front. With the bar it's either on and overall bright out, or it's off and it's not. The combo isn't what my brain is used to seeing in off-road lights.

I've been through a couple hellacious rain storms with the little one, and a trip through the carwash today with both. No water in either one so the seal looks adequate so far.

The output color is definitely WHITE, makes my headlights look dingy and yellow in comparison.

Actually I can, aimed the upper bar last night after these and the throw is quite a bit better. It had quite a down angle to it in the pics. I need to tighten the mounting screws so the wind stops moving it :)
