After having a 1 ton YJ, 1 ton Jk, 86 yota turbo truggy, and a yota buggy. Now that I've picked up this stock 2001 TRD and pricing lifts I'm heavily debating just doing a waggy swap or SD axles like my JK had. Always hated IFS

Yep, swap that bad boy. I hate IFS too. I'd swap mine in a heartbeat if I had the money or know how

You will like the 4WU 3 link, if it's set up correctly. It took me time to dial in Brian's prototype for the DS drop and I must say, it works well.
As a side note, I'm waiting for 5 more brackets so I can 3 link the rear with his kit.
    Enjoy your new ride.

What did you have to dial in?

Why go with his kit if it requires “dialed in” at aall? With a tape measure and some reading and a little bit more cycling, you can achieve the same thing if mot better for a lot less money

I will say I almost went with his kit till I talked to people and learned about the issues with it and realized the extra cost wasn’t worth it. I was expecting to just mark some measurements and burn it in but I learned that’s not the case entirely.

    Ritchie did say prototype

Just throwing it out there though, I don’t know anything about the kit, yet.

Shit, this is hard to read without proper pronunciation. I thought I was hammered while reading this.

Looks like it’s for sale. 30k seems pretty pricey considering the parts and it’s not done B06591E2-4872-45FD-90CA-66FEA40ED691.jpgA413C11C-AF24-4548-9262-72C103EA9170.jpg
