Technically its a 2011. Stupy just changes colors for the 12's. Same components. Wont upgrade the models until 12/13's

But I purchased this roughly in february.

Any one who has ridden a 29'er can tell you its just amazing off road. You will roll over things you never thought you could make, a large bike will feel smaller and faster and way way way way way more stabile. Its why fisher has been doing it for so long.

Nice bike. Glad I am not in the market for a new one yet. I would sure be spending 2grand today. Rode trek for years and years. Just jumped into a specialized. Love it! Like trek's too. Nice bike.

Thanks. Ya I originally was going to go get a rumble fish 29er but after demo'n the two bikes I went with the specialized. It just felt so small for such a big bike and I could really enjoy.

My girlfriend rides a trek fuel 5 and loves it. When we were getting it for her the guy at the shop in north star was saying that is the #1 women's bike for downhill because its not very expensive for a downhill, has all the upgrades, and is super light for its price class.

If you decide you don't want your 2 grand let me know and I can take it off your hands for you.
