No. It's basically a grease. You can't paint onto grease, not well at least

 

Can you put me on the list? I was planning on going to the one on the 5th in Oxford, but something came up so I can't make that one.

so it would probably be best to remove all the delaminated paint and blasted surface crust, primed and painted before applying this product
my concern is how to clean all of the inside of the frame that is peeling somewhere, not sure if its good to spray any product like this in if the intentions are to use something like Eastwoods internal frame coating that I have been looking into doing somehow but not sure I can get it done before winter and colder temps

 

yea, without cutting your frame you'll probably never get it clean enough interally for painting. The coating is supposed to stop rust from continuing or getting worse so you could just fill the crap out of your frame, i've never painted the inside of my frame but do coat the hell out of it.

 

i just feel so very uneducated!, for over 20 years i have always concerned myself with the exterior (hosing it down well frequently in the winters) and never knew the interior is where it most often gets real as real

then I joined TW and my whole world and thought process just turned upside down and have been chasing my tail for nearly six months now
its not 'bad' inside, just a little concerning from things I have seen on TW and recently in my local salvage lot

 

Talked to my uncle about trying to get his done too, can we throw him on the wait list for now?
