Everyone, I've just updated the main post with literally all the details you need. Please read it and let me know if there are any more questions. Please be at the MAIN MEETING POINT by 9:30AM where we'll go over the itinerary and then hang there for a bit for anyone who needs to get snack/drinks/restroom breaks.

There are two PRE-MEETING points before the MAIN MEETING POINT. One in San Mateo and one in Milpitas (I'll be at this one). If you'd like to meet up with some people before driving down, let us know, so we can expect you.
