For anyone who was even interested.... don't be Insurance ended up paying me enough to not go to the lot and take everything off.

For those that are religious, I had some answered prayers and am thankful!

I am still in debates with the insurance on what I think they should cover and what they think they should but I've done quite a few of the MESO mods related to lights so I may have those.

Thanks man, you're right. This whole ordeal has been an actual blessing in disguise. I'm getting married in a few short weeks as well so its been stressful.

The fortunate thing is that I am not upside down on the loan and I should be getting my whole down payment on the loan back plus TTL. The future wife and I decided we are going to restructure the debt and take some of the insurance check to clear out 2 credit cards since the interest rates are stupid high compared to my credit union car loan rates. These have been major stressors in our life right now so things are looking up.

I have placed a hold deposit on 2015 4Runner Trail Edition in my area and I will post pics once the papers are signed. I'll still be around these parts and hopefully I can buy it before this weekend and have a chance to flex the 4x4 and crawl control with y'all!

Get some prices up! Good thing were local. Are you set on that 2015 4runner? My buddy can get you a 2018 trd offroad premium 4 runner for about 38k. Msrp is 43/44

I actually have a quote for 2018 TRD OR 4Runner in Navy Blue (or whatever their color code is) for $34K right now in hand. I was happy with a low mileage 205 Trail though. Difference of several thousand helps alot during wedding season lol

Honestly I'm sort of in and out because work so I haven't had a chance to get that done. I will work on it now.

 

Drove a JK the other day and it was terrible. No visibility whatsoever and the whole damn thing was vibrating and making weird noises.

 

no need for extra work, just a curiosity, looks like I will need to be in League City that afternoon and was thinking of doing a quick run down to hang out for an hour or two.
