New member looking for any help and info. I recently put on a set of Level 8 MK6’s 16 inch -10. w spydertrax 1.25 spacers on my 2019 Tacoma. Tires 265/70/16 Nitto Ridge Grapplers. Also week later “rough Country 2” leveling kit. Was any long until I started hearing and feeling a vibration. Bad steering shake at high speeds. Had wheels rebalanced and still existed. bead bag balance and no difference.
put factory wheels and tires back on to discover it’s the truck that is making the noise. Any idea what may be damaged. The lift kit or the stress from the negative offset. Getting the truck looked at on Monday. But it’s a vibration that can be felt in the steering wheel and on the floor boards. Comes about every 2 to 3 seconds. Now not sure what to do. Probably can’t return wheels. Lift kit looks stupid with stock wheels. But I’m at the point I dont want any more aggravation or issues. Was it a bad idea to run the negative offset wheels and spacers? Could it be something majorly wrong? Warranty is voided so it will cost me out of pocket. Also was told my right front strut is leaking. But I don’t think that is causing the noise and vibration issue. Thinking possibly a wheel bearing or something bent on the drivetrain.

#1, which 1.25" spacers do you have and are they hubcentric?

#2, assuming you did get hubcentric spacers, do you have hub adapters from the spacers to the wheels (I.e 106 to 110mm).

If you haven't done these things, I would put them at the top of your list.

Thanks guys for the welcome and reply. I actually got a hold of a friend from out of state that installs lifts. He’s suggesting it’s a bad needle bearing. And asked if I had diferentle spacers. Said there is some bushing kit to get to eliminate the needle bearing. Way above my knowledge. So my plan is to call 4 wheel parts store tomorrow and set up an appointment. Also the spacers I have are the spydertrax hub centric. From what else I been gathering on here the issues I’m having are consistent with what my friend is saying.
I should of had the lift done at 4 wheel but I got what I paid for elsewhere, going inexpensive route.
