    Without top plate, all we make is angled but our angles sets are only 15* so they still have some area to step on if needed.

    If you’re beating on them that hard powder will just chip off. You’d do better to just keep hitting them with the rattle can. I use rustoleum bed liner and it works great. Touch ups are really easy.

    This is what I was talking about.

    I use Rustoleum Bed Liner on my sliders and skids. After wheeling I hit the scraped spots with steel wool then touch them up. I keep some long strips of cardboard just for it. That way I I don’t have to tape them off. I’m too lazy for all that.
