    I guess it's a different story when actually getting something in writing vs some dude on the phone in a call center. Sounds like I have some Legal / Privacy policies and Intellectual Property disclaimers to write up.

    I'm not worried about it, and neither should the "consumer". If Toyota wants to file a lawsuit over me making a few bucks from a t-shirt, let them. They have more important matters to deal with, that's why so many people are selling straight rip-offs of their designs that are in no-way original works of art or personal intellectual property:

    Going great! Yesterday I stopped by and talked to my guy @ the shop to give him the final design. We are set to go once we hit 25. He said about 2 weeks for processing once the order is placed, so realistically I expect you guys to have shirts in hand about 3 weeks after we hit 25 (assuming you've paid for it ;)).

    True, but it is a valid question, and one that has me somewhat nervous/anxious. I have researched the shit out of Intellectual Property laws, Legal Disclaimers, Privacy Policies, End-User agreements etc. I evened PM'd Andres since he went through a bunch of BS w/ Toyota and his Devil Horn emblems (still waiting for a reply).

    I'm not too concerned about it though. The design is so different from theirs' that it shouldn't be a problem, but there are "loopholes" if needed.
    I just don't want it to complicate other designs I've been working, or jeopardize my plans for a future website.
