$1000 with alignment for lift kit install?

I went to a toyota dealership to get a quote on installing my lift kit. They said it was an 8 hour job so it will coast 1000 with an alignment. Is that a good price ???

 

I may not have too much experience with all this, but in my opinion, I'm sure you can get it installed somewhere else for far less. I didn't personally install my fronts, but I did watch a good friend, and to be honest, it isn't the hardest thing to do. The rears I did do myself. So try looking around your area to see if anyone could lend a hand to help you install.

 

Posting what kind of lift you're trying to do would help. A spacer lift or just coilovers is a quick and typically painless compared to DB or any other lift that has several components

When I did my coils/5100s and AAL max quite was $600 on the high end but then I ended up doing it myself and just paying for alignment
