    Picked up a 04 PreRunner this week. has 100K on it, no real history other than 1 owner. this is my first Taco. what should I be keeping an eye on?

    Keeping an eye on? Hopefully nothing with 100k miles, I would change the timing belt if you have the 3.4 and do regular maintenance as per the manual.
