Call me a maybe for Sunday. Largely depends on how I do/feel and when I get home from a 46mile mtn bike ride at Kentucky Camp south of Tucson.

Yeah. 9am start time, and I figure a slow back-of-the-pack finish will be about 7 hours. So 4pm-ish, cleanup, change, relax, then high tail it back. That's what the Jetta TDI is for. 2.5-3 hours drivetime depending on source and pace.

The real key is will I be able to roll out of bed and stand up in the morning.

Just a bunch of old crap
    Suggestion:

Right across the street (to the west) from the gas station at the meet spot is a place called Hot Bagels & Deli. Family owned and man do they make big huge fresh bagels. Their single egg and cheese with bacon or ham bagel sandwich is the absolute bomb, and they are cheap!

I highly recommend the double egg and cheese with bacon (or Taylor ham) on a toasted "everything" bialy (like an unleavened bagel) with butter. Awesome meal right before a trail run.

Yess I'm always looking for new good AZ bagel shops I will be there early for sure!

And Rodgrigo, didn't u say u did the trail once and u were fine? Sounds like there are bypasses the whole way up - I still don't know for sure or if u were looking for reassurance but from what everyone's said it sounds like you'll be okay
