A few, mainly added skids. I like leaving the suspension alone. I drive forest service dirt roafs in the desert west extremely extremely too fast. Toyota nailed this suspension going 65 across desert terrain. Changing it is dumb unless you have a specific need like crawling or mud.
Halloween? The 100w powers the lights. But the fog machine needs the 400w... but damn, it looks rocking when the fog rolls at the red light.

Beyond that? I have a power supply.

This year will be even better. Being my new truck is bright orange.

    Dunno about the 3rd gen.....
    (1) Do the mod to get the full inverter output regardless of driving or parked - probably a "how to" on TW. Do a good secure job on this, its too easy to overwhelm the low wattage limit otherwise.
    (2) Add a socket in the cab - mine is a Ford F-150 part - but many are around. Back of consol for access. Allows use when its wet out. Put your chargers in a safe spot.
    (3) Cheap #12 x 25/30ft extension cord - trouble light with LED low amp "rough service bulb. Many emergency uses of lamps.

I've got homemade adapters for my 12v battery powered hand tools (ebay drill and impact) - that let them run off the truck DC power plugs. Eliminates needing charged batteries to get some jobs done.

Works great for making corned beef and cabbage in my crock pot! I’ll start it out in my house and figure out how long it takes to get to a meet or 4 hr trip to Reno so I finish the rest of the time in the truck and have a meal at my destination while everyone else is getting fast food! Or white rice and pork sausage! :bananadance::cheers:

400watts is a joke. We use 2500 and 3000 watt inverters at work. THOSE are useful.

I toss in a 2K gas portable inverter that runs 9 hours on a gallon of gas, FAR better use of gas and an actual useful output plus it's pretty darn quiet to boot.

SSO hybrid bumper, Warn winch, RCI skid trilogy, RRW sliders, everything in the cheap/free mods thread, and of course the frame recall work.
400 watt anytime mod. Put outlet in cab. Charge laptops, etc on drives for kids watching shows.

I used it to charge a speaker that I had forgotten to charge overnight on my way to the river. Aside from that I haven’t used it.

When I eventually get a couple panels, I will use the current plug in that setup.

I've used it with an electric pump for my inflatable paddle board and an air mattress when I've gone camping with wife and kid, and to power my Dremel tool when working on brackets and mounts for the bed of the truck.

It's nice and handy to have when I need it and makes things easier, though it's not an essential piece of equipment.

I keep an electric cooler and jackery battery in the back. It charges up my battery as I'm driving. Keeps my cigarette lighter free to charge my phone, head torch etc.
