So like I said in the front wheel well area of the engine, I’m having this noise in my engine and it’s in the front right where the wheel well Is but it’s only happening when I give it gas the engine or when I put it in gear and going to drive and drive away makes this noise when I give the gas but when it’s just idling it doesn’t make the noise but as soon as I tap the gas it makes the noise. I know it’s got to be some thing in the engine I live in this place called Charleston South Carolina and there’s a lot of flooding and I have hit a lot of puddles but I am wondering what y’all think about some thing maybe getting dislodged and what would make that noise it’s like a clicking sounds like a broken fan or some thing I’m not sure let me know if y’all know anything I really appreciate it thank you so much! Here’s an updated picture also! For new BF Goodrich KO2 all-terrain’s

Check your idle pulleys and tensioner, as well as alternator and AC compressor see if the pulleys spin freely. Take the belt off to do this and check that belt to see if its glazed as in one of above freezing up. If only when hitting the gas fairly hard check the tensioner tension as its spring loaded and can wear out and get looser and belt slips on hard throttle.

It was the heat shield! Poor design haha I removed it because it’s not even needed really!
