Hey guys, want some opinions on what to do here. I generally have an idea of what I want but having an open discussion is also a good thing to do. I have a 2016 TRD Sport Double Cab 6spd, completely stock except for (TRD Grill) and A/T KO3 with 30% tread left. I have $12,000 to spend and I could care less about light bars, stickers and mods I could do that later down the line. Here is what I would like to address:

    1) Lift 2.5/3" - Toytec, old man emu, king, fox etc..
    2) Front bumper - CGI, c4, lil b's fab etc..
    3) Tires M/T - Want to go skinny route for sure 255/85/16
    4) Rims - Method, SCS, etc...
    5) ARB Rear Locker - Should of bought a TRD Off Road from the beginning but we live and learn

If you guys have any suggestions on what you think is most important, or a suggestion on a particular brand I would love to hear it. I am doing my research as well and I totally understand everything depends on a persons particular taste. It's also frustrating that it's in CDN dollars, it looks so great until I convert to USD and want to cry. Cheers and thank you for any help.

If it's not paid off...I'd do a $12,000 payment mod.

I would do a regear first for sure! 5.29’s and then follow that with a lift/tire&wheel combo, followed by a bumper

    - ICON UCAs, BP51/Kings, SCS wheels, 285s, Leer 100XR canopy. Greenlane aluminum winch bumper, Smittybilt X20 winch. Trying Falken AT3w now, Really like BF KO2s.
If I'm spending your cash -
I'd do the Bamf Alumi/steel bumper for 3rd gen with center hoop, Icon Rxt leaf pack with Elka 2.5 DC front and back shocks. JBA Ucas.
SCS wheels with BF KM3 if your going skinny. ARB rear locker. Finish it with OK Expeditions out of Kelowna aluminum skids.

That's like $17 in USD, right? Put it towards an oil change.

I'd just say you're an idiot. Mods to a truck gain you absolutely nothing.

If you got that kind of money to piss away on minimal gains, you don't need our suggestions.

    Lots, straight from the factory.
I would sit on the cash for a short period of time. Wait for the gap between CD and USD to close up a little more.

Regear to 5.29 for sure and throw your locker in then. That will eat about half your cash

I Love my Taco too .... but $12k C is much better looking that mods on a truck. Unless you have a house and it's paid for an you other $$'s in the bank, I'd bank it. If you must choose one lower cost mod that you will appreciate/use the most and bank the rest..... been there ... JMO

Personally, if I had a spare $12000 to spend, I’d get a lift, tires, sliders, skids, locker, front bumper, (in that order). I’ve found local craftsmen to be cheaper than online when it comes to buying armor. Also way cooler because it’s custom local style. Just ask on Facebook and I’m sure you’ll have tons of answers if you don’t already know a guy.

I’d just get a decent lift, wheels and tires. Then put the rest in the fireplace for warmth. :notsure:
