    Jake,

Do you have a picture of the wiring for the plug behind the AC controls?

@RITaco2009 is inquiring, he needs to rewire the plug

Hi Jake. I took a look at the 12-15/05-11 guide, but didn't see any shots of the plug or harness. Any chance you have a shot of the 5 wire plug that you could send me or post.

    Thanks,

    Trevor

Any new info on this mod? Were you able to figure out if the backs would fit like you were investigating? The only amber left on my dash is the climate controls and I'm real eager to change that

With the polarity swap you have to trim some of the ribbing from the back for it to fit. Then it works perfectly

If you still have a set of these connectors available, I would like to buy them please. One of my friends will be swapping in the newer climate control unit into his '06 and will need them. Thank you very much!

Hey guys, I tried wiring my new plug yesterday and I couldn't get it to work. I followed the wiring guide but my temp control or direction ( ac, head, feet, defrost etc) doesn't work. Also when I turn of my ignition the cabin recycle air light comes on but won't come on otherwise. I looked at the photos in post #45 and it looks like the way @3378jakesr5 wired his plug has them going right to left if your looking at the wire insert side of the plug. I wired mine left to right as the diagram on the wiring guide seemed to show. So what I mean is, insert 1 is at the top left and 9 the bottom left. This would make sense with my outcome but before I go rewire everything I was hoping for some insight.
