These are built and ready to ship by Kustom 54 Lighting. Headlights are New/Used they came in from factory with lenses that I felt needed polishing so I polished them to get rid of any imperfections from the factory. Internally everything in the headlight is brand new!

No they are brand new, reason for the low price is because I had to clean the lens/polish it because they came from the factory with imperfections that my OCD didn't like. Whenever I have to clean or polish any lens I discount the lights as if they are used

New to retrofits.. are these plug and play? Can you turn the halos off all together?

 

All our retrofits come with plug and play harnesses all you have to do is connect a power wire and ground. Halos are controlled with a wireless remote control and you can turn them on and off whenever you want
