I did this a couple of months ago. I put an Add a Link Fuse from an unused circuit in my fuse block. Ran the wire down the side and through the rubber grommet that is under the carpet, under the drivers seat. Then just chased the wire back to where i wanted it. I used the frame for a ground and all was good. Any questions just PM me and I will give you a step by step. It is really easy to do.

Is there any reason why it has to be from the back seat? Much easier to run it from underneath the hood from the main fuse box.

If you look at the floor of the cab from underneath, there are several rubber plugs that can be removed to gain access to inside the cab.

Choose the plug location that best suits you needs. Run wire from your power source to the rubber plug by routing underneath the carpet. Then:

    1. Pierce a small hole through the center of the rubber cap for your power wire. Make sure the hole is smaller than the diameter of the wire to ensure the rubber will seal around the insulation of the wire preventing moisture from entering the cab.
    2. Feed wire through rubber plug
    3. Replace plug
    4. Run wire along frame rail until you get to your entry point in the bed
