12 volt socket cover loose, any help on fix??

Will replacing the plastic cover hold the socket in place?? Not sure what mechanism is what’s holding the sockets against the panel ?

The black sleeve is what holds it in to the dash
I’d have a look ad see if the tabs are broken or rounded off that hold it in.
