120k Service. What else can I add to this list?

So I bought my '98 3.4L with 105k. I'm currently at 112k and I'm looking to start ordering things for the 120k service. The truck runs well now but I got very few service records with it. I know the timing belt was changed at 86k and the oil was changed at 104,900, but that's about it. I got it aligned about 2k miles ago, too.

Right now I have these things on my list to replace:

Wix fuel filter
OEM NGK plugs
Oil/filter (5w30/OEM), new drain plug
Fel-Pro valve cover gaskets (very small leak in passenger side)
6 qts of Redline MT90 for MT and rear diff + diff drain plug gasket
2.5 gallons of Zerex Asian vehicle coolant

Total cost is about 220.

I've looked through a few lists and I have more on this list than other recommended service lists. Are there any other wear items I could replace while I'm at it and have things apart?

 

air filter
maf cleaner
plug wires
belts

 

Service (lube) brakes and adjust parking brake (should be done every 2 years)
Replace brake fluid (should be done every 4 years)
Replace power steering fluid
Grease the driveshaft U-joints
