Have a bad knock sensor or harness on my 99

Going to go in and change both sensors and the harness and watching a video put out by Timmy I see they suggest you use Toyota 1282b seal packing

That stuff is like $75 plus so I am wondering if there is a more wallet friendly acceptable substitute

I did search and came up with ASIN AB1207B1 but can't find any solid testimonials

Anyway, if there is something that has been tried and proven and costs a fraction of the 1282b please let me know

Otherwise I guess I will just suck it up and pay the $$.
Just hate to pay that much for a tube and then have it set up and harden after only using a part of it
