I figured it out @Basikbiker. I'll run something similar to a conduit box except it will be built to fit it.

    http://www.polycase.com/wc-33f

I'll give them a call tomorrow and talk to them about it. Worse comes to worse they can always make me one even if I have to pay a little more but they are specifically made for PCB's. The dimensions on this one are just right for my bank.

Got my battery box braced up with some additional 1/8 plating today. This thing isn't going anywhere now.

Well. Here is what DTF has gotten done for me this weekend. I still need the bracing for the core support done though, I wouldn't assume thats too hard to make if he has the measurements. Maybe I can swing by before my trip back home and have some prefabbed bracing for the support made and all done by the time I show up.

Just a single bar? Im gonna see if he can run one along the fire wall as well and then connect the two...hmmmm. Tim at DMZ strongly recommended double tubes connected for a crossmember like that.

Obviously because of Supercharger thats not as easy, but for bashing on these trucks, i want every bit of strength I can get

I was under the impression he would run two as well. If he only did one he must had done it for a good reason though. I go pick it up at 11, so I'll get to see if that might had been pics prior to completion and get to talk to him about it if it wasn't two.

Yea...I'd definitelt ask about that. I was under the impression from Tim that a single tube will just bend under to much strain, whereas double tubes connected will be much stronger. Im no fabricator by any means, but i trust the guy that builds race trucks knows what hes talking about lol. Lets see what Tony says about it

Yeah I know. I mean I don't know either, but it looks like he is using a single heavy duty tube in there which is much larger in diameter and thicker walled than the DMZ cage.

I can a bit later man! These were pics snapped straight from him.

Yea I noticed that. My only concern is that because you can't run tubing directly over/across because of the SC...having a tube run at an angle, even larger tubing, just doesn't promote good angles and strength...i was thinking there would be one like that and one on the fire wall with brackets connecting the two around the SC. Thats at least what im gonna request for mine lol.

Standing by for pics at 11! Nap time until then...er i mean...eh...working...and stuff...

Well regardless, you are just sort of fucked anyways because of the large uptravel the tubing has to take, which isn't ideal in the first place but we have to do it because of the design. Because the tube is forward like this it does work in my advantage later on if I want to possibly tie in the radiator support brackets to it though!

Either way. More on this at around 11ish.

Yea agreed, hence the double tubes for more strength, but oh well. Huck your truck and let me know how it goes :D
