    I've had their version of the remote start and cell phone connectivity for a few years now. I've run into a few hiccups now and then over that time. Each and every time I've contacted 12v solutions they've been crazy quick to respond; even at some odd times. They've always been crazy helpful, and have always fixed my problem.

    I wish every vendor offered customer service like this. These guys surprise me every single time. If they offered more doo-dads for my truck I'd be ordering from them no question.
