Just installed my 12v remote start. Remote start works just fine! easy install. However, the auto on/off lights are not working.

Went through the PDF and there were no directions nor a harness that mentions connecting for that. However; when you watch the video (which is a couple years old now) they show an on/off switch being triggered/flipped. I did not receive one of those.

So my question is; is that harness needed? Ive tried calling them all day but their phone lines are messed up. All im getting is static. I thought maybe it was my phone; but I made a few calls to others and no issues whatsoever. So im reaching out here until they email me back.

For reference I have a 2016 OR with push button.

update. 12v is helping me diagnose the issue. I may need a new harness for the lights to work properly.
